The final product will be a Photoshop (.psd) or Krita (.kra) data with the VModel artwork.

The VModel data has to be split up in many different parts, so the rigger won't have problems later. The final product WON'T be rigged, it will only the artwork.

PNG Tubers are good possibilities for people, who want to start streaming and are not sure if they want to become a VTuber.

PNG Tuber Avatars are simple pictures, which will move very rough.

I can draw your PNG Avatar in other poses to, it doesn't have to be like the example below.
